Thelmul Hydraulic Fluid HFB LT 68 is a HFB Category Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluid (British Coal Approved Fluids ref. nos. 26 & 27). Hydraulic fire-resistant fluid approved to British Coal spec. 570/1981.
Thelmul invert fluids consist of 40% water dispersed as fine particles through a continuous oil phase.
The oil phase contains corrosion inhibitors and carefully selected additives to provide the required lubricity for the hydraulic fluid, while the high concentration of water provides excellent fire resistance.

Fire Resistant Bio Hydraulic HFDU 46 is designed to reduce the risk of explosion when in contact with hot metal surfaces and/or open flames.
Fire Resistant Bio Hydraulic HFDU 46 is mineral oil free so it has a higher flash and combustion point than traditional mineral oil based hydraulic oils. A high viscosity index provides reliable lubrication performance over a wide operating temperature range.
Fire Resistant Bio Hydraulic HFDU 46 offers high oxidation and ageing resistance, excellent corrosion protection and anti-wear properties.

SYNTHETIC HYDRAULIC FLUID HFA 2 FF (FIRE004)

HFA2 FF fluid is a mineral oil free, formaldehyde free, fire resistant hydraulic fluid, HFA type. The fluid is free from hydrocarbons which enables the end user to manage the environmental impact of the fluid more effectively than when using a traditional high mineral oil HFA fluid.
HFA2 FF fluid contains a robust protection package to inhibit bacterial and fungal growth. HFA2 FF fluid also has excellent corrosion prevention characteristics and is suitable for use with most commonly used seal materials.
